Product Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is to be the very best option for purchasing auto parts. It is very important to us that you are very pleased with your entire purchasing experience. Our site has been designed to ensure that our customers can easily order and receive the correct parts the first time so as to minimize the need for product returns and replacements.
Return Policy For In Stock and Standard Order Parts We offer 7 day return policy on In Stock and Standard Order parts without restocking fees on new and unopened parts.
"In Stock Parts" refers to those parts that are carried in stock by our warehouse.
"Standard Order Parts" are parts that are not in stock but can be ordered for you from our external suppliers. Each part that you order that is not in stock requires us to order it specifically for you and they are very pleased to do that.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
Requirement for a valid procedure
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
- Return method
- Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, mobile money number etc.)
- Return form returned with the product
Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted.
Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
How to return a product?
Before returning an item, please check our Best Auto Return conditions, stated in the questions below, to make sure your item is eligible for return.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after its reception.
If your return meets all the requirements, your returns can be initiated. You can connect on our customer service for procedure to return products.
How much time do I have to return a product to Best Auto Solutions?
All items sold on Best Auto Solutions, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date.
Example: If I received my product on Tuesday 8th, I have until next Monday 15th to contact Customer Service.
NOTE: You have 7 days to notify us of your return by calling Customer Service, from the day you received your purchase.
For defective items, note that you have 7 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns.
How do I send my product to Best Auto Solutions?
We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you submit the return request.
Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.
How do I track my return status?
We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return. If any question please do not hesitate to call our customer service.
Is my product under warranty?
We do not offer warranties on the products purchased from Best Auto Solutions. You can however return any product within 7 days under the return policy conditions.
I received something I didn't order for. What now?
Sorry, please always if possible on your side, verify the item delivered when given by the delivery agent. And reject if not matching your order. In case you accepted it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 7 days.
Do I have to return all products in my order?
No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return certain product(s).
Can I return my items after the timeline to return has expired?
Sorry, returns are not possible after the 7 days return period. You can reach our Customer Service for further questions.
What should I do if I want to exchange a product and it is either sold out or not available?
You will have to return your product, within the 7 days after the delivery, and place a new order when it becomes available again. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?
As long as you return the part in new condition in an unopened package they can return it to their distribution center for a refund.
If a restocking fee applies they will not pass that along to you. Their distribution centers will not allow them to return anything where the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged.
Therefore, they cannot take back anything that is not in new and unopened condition. We hope that you consider this to be a fair and reasonable method to protect everyone involved.
